EID Demonstration Event at Penrith Auction
THE EID event was run in conjunction with Penrith and District Farmers Mart on January 26th and was attended by most major manufacturers of sheep tags, EID readers, software and handling facilities, with Andrew Wright giving two presentations during the day to a packed ringside each time.
Almost 500 farmers attended throughout the day and Cumbria Farmer Network have had a lot of positive feedback from the farmers who felt the event had helped them find the information needed to make an informed decision about what was going to be the best for their business.
Ritchy; Cox; Allflex; Dalton; Fearings; Farmplan; Agridata; Farmit3000; Tagi; Ritchie; Shearwell; Pratley; RDPE; Pentalk; Trading Standards; Eblex; Carrs and Wynnstay were all in attendance.
